1. Who we are
“Toolcam Limited”, “we”, “us” or “the Company” means Toolcam Limited. “You” or “the Customer” means the person or business buying from us. Toolcam is located in Carterton, New Zealand.
2. Acceptance & Changes
By ordering or using our website you accept these terms. We may update them at any time. The version on our website when you order is the one that applies. We can refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (full refund if already paid).
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Prices are those applying on the day of dispatch.
Account customers: payment due on the 20th of the month after the invoice date.
Cash / non-account customers: full payment by cash, bank deposit or credit card required before goods are released.
Cheques are accepted but goods are held until the cheque clears (usually 5 working days).
4. Ownership & Risk
We keep ownership of the goods until you have paid everything you owe us in full. We may enter your premises and recover the goods if payment is outstanding. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods leave our premises (or our supplier’s premises).
5. Delivery
We are not liable for delays or for any loss caused by late delivery, damage or loss in transit. Delivery times are estimates only. Online orders are for New Zealand addresses only. International shipping requires special arrangements – contact us first.
6. Damage in Transit
You must notify both the carrier and us of any damage within 7 days of receiving the goods.
7. Returns
Incorrect goods supplied by us and returned within 21 days will be credited in full.
Correct stock items returned within 14 days may attract a restocking fee of 20 %.
Custom, specially ordered or non-stock items cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered.
Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
8. Age & Legal Requirements
You must be 18 or over. For any firearms-related items you must hold a current New Zealand firearms licence where required and obtain any necessary Police approval for mail-order or internet sales. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally entitled to purchase and possess the goods.
9. Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty Every Toolcam Limited product is protected against faults in materials and workmanship provided it is used for its intended purpose, fitted correctly and inline with the supplied instructions. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective. The warranty does not apply where damage results from misuse, carelessness, alteration, insufficient maintenance, incorrect installation or failure to follow the instructions. Any consequential or incidental losses are also excluded.
After each day’s use, and before placing the suppressor into storage, remove it from the rifle and spray WD-40 (or an equivalent product) into the muzzle end of the suppressor for 1 second. If the suppressor is wet, dry in the sun before storage. Correct fitting and regular upkeep remain the user’s responsibility. Neglect or misuse may lead to permanent damage and create safety hazards.
Toolcam Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, malfunction or injury that arises from incorrect installation, misuse or lack of maintenance.
